1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZenithMacros software ("Software"), the ZenithMacros website ("Site"), and any related services provided by ZenithMacros ("we," "us," or "our").

By completing a purchase, downloading the Software, or activating a license key, you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Refund Policy.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on one (1) personal Windows device per active license key
• Use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key or the Software to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software
• Use the Software on behalf of a commercial service, server, or business
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or labels in the Software

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Plans

ZenithMacros is available on a recurring subscription basis (Basic or Pro). Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change at any time with reasonable notice.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us via Discord. Upon cancellation, your license remains active through the end of the current paid period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods — see our Refund Policy for full details.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your license may be suspended until the balance is settled. We reserve the right to terminate licenses on accounts with repeated failed payments or chargebacks.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harm, threaten, or harass other players or individuals
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in any game server or platform in ways that damage others
• Circumvent detection systems in violation of a platform's Terms of Service in ways that could cause harm to that platform or its users

You acknowledge that using macros or automation tools may violate the terms of service of individual Minecraft servers or platforms. We accept no liability for any actions taken by server operators, game platforms, or other parties as a result of your use of this Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The Software will remain undetected by any specific game's anti-cheat system
• The Software will be compatible with all hardware or software configurations

Game developers and server operators may update their detection systems at any time. We make no guarantees regarding the ongoing detectability status of the Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZENITHMACROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of game progress, accounts, or in-game assets
• Account bans or suspensions on any platform
• Lost profits, revenue, or data
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your computer

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you to ZenithMacros in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software code, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with ZenithMacros are the exclusive property of ZenithMacros and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Software or Site without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to the Software at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, and 7) shall survive.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Software and cancel your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
