Refund Policy

TL;DR: ZenithMacros is a digital software subscription. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. We do offer refunds in specific cases outlined below — please read carefully.

1. Overview

ZenithMacros offers software on a recurring subscription basis. Because our product is a digital software license that is immediately available upon purchase, we operate under a no-refund policy for change-of-mind cancellations. However, we want to be fair, and we recognize that exceptions apply in specific circumstances.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

2.1 Software Does Not Function

If the Software fails to function on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of your most recent charge. To request a refund under this policy, you must:

  1. Contact us via our Discord server within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your license key and a clear description of the issue
  3. Allow our team a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the problem

We stand behind our product. If the Software genuinely doesn't work for you and we can't fix it, we'll make it right.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

2.3 Unauthorized Transaction

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately through Discord. We will investigate and issue a refund if the transaction was fraudulent.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • You were banned from a Minecraft server or platform while using the Software
  • The Software was detected by an anti-cheat system
  • A game update changed the effectiveness of the Software
  • You no longer wish to use the Software after activating your license
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Partial-period refunds upon cancellation (your license remains active through the paid billing period)

Important: ZenithMacros cannot control how server operators or game publishers respond to the use of automation tools. Account bans resulting from the use of this Software are not grounds for a refund.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal or by contacting us on Discord. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period already paid.

Upon cancellation, your license and access to the Software will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your license will be immediately terminated and you will be permanently banned from future purchases. We encourage you to contact us directly — we are happy to resolve billing issues promptly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an eligible case:

  1. Join our Discord server
  2. Open a support ticket or message the team directly
  3. Provide your license key, email address used for purchase, and a description of your issue
  4. Allow up to 3 business days for review

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
